**Job description**

Superstars are looking to recruit a full-time **Experience Bookings Administrator / Experiences Creator**, based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.

A premium luxury experiences company are looking for a detail-orientated and organised person to join their growing bookings team.

Your role will focus on liaising with top brand names such as Charlotte Tilbury, Jo Malone, Heston Blumenthal and Tom Kerridge to book our clients experiences. Working with high-net worth individuals, exemplary customer service is at the forefront of all we do, and we will always go the extra mile to ensure our clients needs are met.

A personable telephone manner and ability to think proactively are key attributes for any team member within the bookings team.

In addition to working alongside household brands, you will also have the opportunity to assist the retail sales team on our global experiences to events such as Monaco Grand Prix, The Masters and Wimbledon, as well as one off music events.

We are a close knit team who have been in the industry for nearly 20 years building strong relationships with our suppliers and customers alike, and we work really hard to offer a positive working environment with lots of opportunities to enjoy experiences like no other

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the booking process and keeping clients updated throughout the process.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise accordingly.
- Focus on superior customer service and building relationships with our client base.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office; mainly Excel to manage stock updates on spreadsheets.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are key elements with this role, along with independent thinking and problem solving.
- Able to support other administrative areas of the business as required.
- Providing first-class customer service levels to all our customers.

- Strong communication skills and be comfortable conversing over the telephone with a variety of types of customers and suppliers.
- Previous Zendesk experience desirable, Excel experience required. Training will be provided.

**Package & Benefits**

**Salary**: £24K - £28k (depending on experience)

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, office based.
