CASS Manager

At JJ SEARCH LIMITED, we are seeking an experienced CASS Manager to support the Head of CASS in ensuring the firm meets all relevant CASS requirements and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of CASS governance documents, Rule Mapping, Risk register, and Control Wording.
- Take ownership of the 2 annual limited assurance CASS audits and manage the full CASS audits and ad-hoc internal audits.
- Liaise with operational teams, collate data, and draft reports ahead of deadlines for review and challenge by the Head of CASS.
- Oversee the CASS breaches register and provide updates to Client Asset committees and working groups as required.
- Maintain CASS policies and procedures and update due diligence on banks and custodians annually.
- Lead the production of MI for stakeholders and implement and manage a CASS monitoring programme.
- Minimum 5 years CASS experience.
- Excellent knowledge of CASS rules.
- Ability to manage CASS audit process.
- Strong data manipulation skills and experience with Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to use initiative.
