We are seeking an experienced CASS Manager to join our team at JJ Search. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our firm meets all relevant CASS requirements and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of CASS governance documents, Rule Mapping, Risk register, and Control Wording.
- Take ownership of the 2 annual limited assurance CASS audits and manage the full CASS audits and any ad-hoc internal audits.
- Liaise with various operational teams and collate data and draft reports ahead of applicable deadlines for review and challenge by the Head of CASS.
- Maintain all CASS policies and procedures and update due diligence on banks and custodians annually.
- Lead the production of various MI for relevant stakeholders across the business and implement and manage a CASS monitoring programme.
- Minimum 5 years CASS experience.
- Excellent knowledge of CASS rules.
- Ability to manage CASS audit process.
- Strong data manipulation skills and experience with Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to use initiative.
