Job Summary:

Techtronic Industries - TTI UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our UK Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Service Agents, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage a team of Customer Service Agents, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customer inquiries, complaints, and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Logistics, to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide feedback to ensure team members are meeting expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in team management and B2C customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with CRM systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
