As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Service Agents, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Manage a team of Customer Service Agents, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback are handled in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze customer service metrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Logistics, to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in team management and B2C customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with CRM systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
