We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our UK Operations Team at Techtronic Industries - TTI UK. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Agents and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of Customer Service Agents to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve team goals.
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to our customers, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior management.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, set goals and objectives, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in team management and B2C customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with CRM systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
