About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at our Ilford club. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.

  • Ensure the pool area is safe and secure at all times, responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized pool area, adhering to health and safety standards.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, providing support and guidance to ensure their needs are met.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
