Aquatic Safety Specialist

At Nuffield Health, we're looking for a skilled Aquatic Safety Specialist to join our team at our Ilford Gym. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our swimming pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
  • Monitor the swimming pool area at all times, identifying and responding to any potential safety hazards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, providing them with a positive and supportive experience.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our swimming pool facilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest safety protocols and procedures, ensuring our members and visitors receive the highest level of care.

Requirements:

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
