About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health Ilford FWC. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our wet facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all members and visitors
- Monitor and respond to incidents in the pool area
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain a clean and tidy pool environment
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve your skills

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and have a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You will also need to be able to work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
