Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's residential properties in the Ilford area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant relations, including addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Conduct property viewings and oversee the leasing process
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with health and safety regulations
  • Handle rent collection and financial reporting
  • Utilise software for property management tasks
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with tenants and contractors
  • Email Management to ensure correspondences are responded to and actioned in a timely manner
  • Returning deposits and dealing with dilapidations
  • Handle deposit dispute negotiations
  • Maintain up-to-date health and safety and fire risk assessments for required properties
  • Ensure KPI's and action points set by Management
  • Provide valuable feedback to improve processes and technology to deliver world-class service levels to our customers
  • Support the Senior Property Manager as required
