Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

As a Waiter in our Lyonnaise Bouchon in Chelsea, you will oversee a specific section of the dining room, ensuring guests receive exceptional service. You will coordinate with the kitchen, sommelier, and front-of-house team to deliver a seamless dining experience, from welcoming guests to managing orders and providing expert menu advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding service by anticipating guest needs, providing knowledgeable menu recommendations, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring adherence to service standards and protocols.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, wine pairings, and special offerings, enabling informed and engaging interactions with guests.
  • Operations Management: Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow.
  • Quality Control: Monitor service delivery to uphold the restaurant's high standards, addressing any guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and execution of service during busy periods.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in similar roles and fast-paced environments, with a strong understanding of upscale service techniques.
