We are seeking an experienced and skilled In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our team at the Royal Garden Hotel. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the prompt, efficient, and courteous service of food and beverage through the In-Room Dining department.
  • Coordinate with the Kitchen to ensure seamless food and service delivery.
  • Attend to guest requests and enquiries regarding food and service.
  • Analyse guest feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor departmental financial targets and work towards achieving them.
  • Review service standards to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain flexibility to work across Food and Beverage departments as required.
