Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Supervisors and Restaurant Management team to train and develop the waiting team, drive sales and service excellence.
- Set up and clear tables prior to, during, and after service, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
- Ensure your station and the restaurant run smoothly, adhering to Harrods' high standards of quality, service, and productivity.
- Communicate the Georgian story to customers throughout the dining experience, showcasing the brand's unique offerings and values.
- Maintain accurate records, including opening and closing checklists, and revise them with the Supervisors to ensure relevance and adherence to standards.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, evident in floor mis-en-place, checklists, and sufficient stock levels.
We're looking for an exceptional communicator and team player who can motivate colleagues to deliver outstanding service and maintain company standards.
Previous experience in a senior waiter or waitress position, with a strong background in customer service, cash handling, and working efficiently with minimal supervision, is essential.
You'll possess excellent organisational skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work at pace while remaining calm and self-assured.
A comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant menu, allergens, and promotions, as well as excellent storytelling abilities, will enable you to bring the brand's story and magic to life for customers.
