Restaurant Events Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Events Sales Executive to join our passionate and supportive Restaurant Events team at Harrods.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and client management activities, providing exceptional support for events across our restaurants and bars, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales and client management activities, ensuring accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.
- Provide exceptional support for events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our restaurant offerings, including menus, pricing, and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales and marketing strategies.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for sales, events, and customer service. You will have a proven track record of success in sales and events, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience of sales and events software a plus.
