The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team at a busy Cafe & Cocktail Bar in London. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of over 125 staff and supporting the overall success of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in managing large teams, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Providing coaching and training to staff to improve their skills and performance
