Job Summary:

About the Role:

As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care to residents with complex needs
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive work environment
