Innotech Partners is partnering with a reputable contractor that excels in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical, heating, plumbing, fire, and security systems.

We are in search of a motivated Helpdesk Support Specialist to become a vital part of our team on a permanent full-time basis.


As a successful candidate, you will be integrated into a forward-thinking organization with a workforce of approximately 130 engineers and administrative personnel operating across various regions.

The standard working hours are 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with numerous opportunities for additional hours if desired.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact for helpdesk inquiries, delivering support to both clients and internal teams.
- Organize and manage both electronic and physical filing systems for helpdesk tickets and contracts.
- Archive completed helpdesk tickets in designated electronic folders.
- Collaborate with engineers to assign work orders and monitor their progress.
- Place material and subcontract purchase orders as instructed.
- Compile and maintain Operations and Maintenance (O&M) documentation.
- Create and update asset inventories from ordered materials for maintenance agreements.
- Maintain warranty records for equipment.
- Register new equipment with the appropriate regulatory bodies.
- Relay essential information to engineers and clients as needed.
- Address and resolve invoice inquiries, providing detailed breakdowns when required.
- Prepare, modify, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence related to helpdesk functions.

Requirements

- Valid UK driver's license
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to work in an office environment
