This role is for a Third Line Support Specialist to join the team and support existing clients across Scotland. The ideal candidate will have experience in a helpdesk or service desk space, with the ability to support up to the third line. The role will be office-based, and the company would love to speak to candidates with a background in Managed Services or internal user support.
