Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the daily functions of our dining establishment.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining exceptional standards of customer service, ensuring food quality, and optimizing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Manage inventory and supplies efficiently.
  • Control operational costs while maximizing profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with the Garden Centre Manager to enhance restaurant performance.
Employment Details

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 37.5 hours of work per week, with shifts scheduled accordingly.

Compensation and Benefits

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in hospitality management, covering both front and back of house operations.
  • A solid background in kitchen operations and food safety, with the ability to assist as needed.
  • A thorough understanding of allergens and health and safety regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and external partners.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to challenges.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teamwork and customer service.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a forward-thinking mindset.
