Sales and Service Manager

As a Sales and Service Manager at Kurt Geiger, you will be responsible for driving sales and creating a customer-centric environment. Your role will involve managing a team, overseeing departmental development, and ensuring high standards of service and presentation within our Ladies' Footwear department.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve budgeted sales targets and consistently exceed customer expectations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the host store and other concessions within the retail space.
  • Analyze brand performance and make informed commercial decisions to optimize results.
  • Develop your team members, ensuring maximum floor coverage and a seamless customer experience.
  • Train and coach the team to foster a customer-centric environment that prioritizes individual needs.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement service action plans to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members in alignment with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Manager within a high-volume retail environment.
  • A demonstrated ability to manage large teams effectively and drive exceptional performance.
  • Experience with P&L accountability and contributing to the bottom line of a business.
  • Background in fashion-forward brands, with experience in luxury retail preferred.
