Transport Compliance Advisor for Internal Candidates

Job Overview
We are in search of a Transport Compliance Advisor to become a vital part of our Transport Compliance Team at Culina Group. This position offers flexibility as it can be performed from various locations within our network.
The role necessitates travel, thus a valid UK driving licence and personal vehicle access are essential.
As a Transport Compliance Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to assist the General Managers and Transport teams in fulfilling all legal obligations associated with our Operators licence, thereby safeguarding our reputation and minimizing risk for both Culina Group and our partners.
This is a full-time, permanent role operating on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8.00am to 5.00pm, offering a competitive salary along with the chance to work with a leading organization in the industry.
Key Responsibilities of the Transport Compliance Advisor include:
Conducting comprehensive legal compliance audits across all operations. Assisting operational teams in addressing any negative trends identified during audits. Providing legal compliance dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to the operational teams. Participating in monthly meetings to discuss compliance performance across various locations. Aiding in the development of transport teams regarding Transport Legislation and compliance management systems. Coordinating with maintenance providers to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules. Supporting the National Transport Compliance Manager with DVLA inquiries and desktop exercises. Reviewing compliance KPIs regularly and assisting teams in mitigating negative trends. Collaborating with the Head of Operations and General Managers on Transport Compliance projects. Ensuring adherence to transport legal compliance policies in alignment with ISO9001 standards. Facilitating effective governance and review processes throughout the organization. Working with the legal team to validate formal communications with authorities. Partnering with the training team to create tailored compliance training programs. Collaborating with Operations Directors and General Managers to share best practices.Required Qualifications

Ability to maintain high attention to detail under pressure. Capability to build and maintain strong relationships quickly. Effective collaboration skills. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficient analytical skills, utilizing data to inform decisions. National and international CPC certification. In-depth knowledge of Transport Law. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
