The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our high-performing team, driving the future of insurance through cutting-edge analytics. You will work with one of the most comprehensive insurance datasets globally, applying sophisticated techniques and technologies across all stages of the data science process.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and translate them into actionable data science projects.
  • Extract, clean, and prepare large datasets for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business challenges, leveraging your expertise in statistical modeling, deep learning, and AI.
  • Deploy and monitor data science solutions, continuously evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, providing clear and concise insights.

Your Skills and Experience

  • A strong academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in solving complex analytical problems using data science techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, SAS, or Spark.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
