Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Sales Administrator to join our client's team on a full-time permanent basis. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and support to customers
- Order Processing
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify order details and ensure timely delivery
- Installation and Training
- Arrange installations and product training for customers
- Ensure customers are satisfied with the installation and training
- Complaint Handling
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve issues promptly and fairly
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Assist with tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting
Requirements
- Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
