Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Sales Administrator to join our client's team on a full-time permanent basis. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Provide product information and support to customers
  • Order Processing
    • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
    • Verify order details and ensure timely delivery
  • Installation and Training
    • Arrange installations and product training for customers
    • Ensure customers are satisfied with the installation and training
  • Complaint Handling
    • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
    • Resolve issues promptly and fairly
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team
    • Assist with tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
