About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our expanding team at Finlink Ltd. As an IFA Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our advisors and paraplanners, processing new business, liaising with clients and providers, and updating our back office accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new business and update our back office accurately
  • Liaise with clients and providers to ensure seamless communication
  • Prepare client review reports, valuations, and illustrations
  • Assist with suitability reports, research, analysis, and product comparisons

What We Offer

  • Up to £30,000 salary dependent on experience
