We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our client's team in the Chelmsford area. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Financial Planners and contributing to the growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, with experience in processing new business applications, assisting with suitability reports, and supporting advisors. You will also have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a wider team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new business applications and assist with suitability reports
  • Book client reviews and provide administrative support to the Financial Planners
  • Deal with incoming calls and emails, and provide a high level of customer service
Requirements
  • Experience working in finance and administration
  • Strong background in financial processes and procedures
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a wider team
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail
