Key Responsibilities:

The Consultant engages in client initiatives, performing research, analysis, and crafting solutions. They assist senior consultants or clients in executing projects, contributing to the overall success of initiatives at various stages of transformation. The Consultant is tasked with collecting and analyzing data, generating reports, and presenting insights to clients. They collaborate with team members to formulate and implement strategic recommendations. A vital aspect of the Consultant's role is to identify client needs, devise solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes. They also participate in the development of best practices and methodologies within the consultancy.

Qualifications

  • Workshop Facilitation: Proven experience in leading workshops for mid-sized project groups (~20 participants), employing various techniques to engage attendees and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Infrastructure Experience: Familiarity with infrastructure projects or organizations is advantageous.
  • Change Management Knowledge: Awareness or certification in change management methodologies (e.g., APMG, Proci, or similar).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Environment Experience: Demonstrated experience in complex, multidisciplinary collaborative settings.
  • Team Effectiveness: Proficient in enhancing group dynamics, establishing goals, and fostering a productive team culture.
  • Consulting Background: Established experience in a consulting role, building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Initiative: Shows initiative and eagerness to tackle complex issues, particularly in facilitating challenging discussions.
  • Client Listening Skills: Ability to comprehend client needs and align them with services offered.
