About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Principal Consultant. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead business enhancement consulting projects for our clients, playing a key role in nurturing client relationships. You will have the opportunity to define your role and influence the strategic direction of OutForm Consulting.
Candidate Profile

We invite applications from individuals who possess a knack for problem-solving and a desire to work collaboratively in a challenging yet rewarding environment. As a Principal Consultant, you will:
- Bring over 8 years of experience in industry or consulting, particularly within the utilities, manufacturing, or construction/infrastructure sectors.
- Demonstrate a history of leading business development efforts and successfully generating a robust pipeline.
- Effectively manage and collaborate with senior client stakeholders, showcasing strong technical project and program management capabilities, from diagnostics to delivery.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the UK regulated water sector, including its policies and challenges.
- Have knowledge in technical areas such as water treatment, distribution, and wastewater management.
- Exhibit a background in continuous improvement utilizing recognized industry toolkits.
- Show an ability to shape and implement complex business transformations, having led client engagements and managed relationships in a consulting or professional context.
- Possess exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, demonstrating high levels of empathy while working effectively with diverse teams.
- Be commercially minded and eager to contribute to business development activities.
- Have a passion for evolving your leadership style, leveraging personal strengths and values.
