About the Role

London Business School is seeking a highly skilled Academic Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our academic community, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of academic quality and student experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the academic quality framework, ensuring compliance with internal governance, external regulations, and best practices.
  • Lead the development of the online academic quality manual, including reviewing and updating academic policies and procedures.
  • Manage student casework, including investigating cases, preparing reports, and providing expert advice to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Provide data analysis and insights to inform decision-making and drive quality enhancements.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to promote a culture of quality and excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in academic quality management, student casework, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Experience with software related to academic quality management, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
