Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Quality Manager to join our team at London Business School. As a key member of our academic community, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of academic quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise on all matters of quality assurance and enhancement, as well as academic standards and student casework.
- Support the development and implementation of the academic quality framework, ensuring compliance with internal governance, external regulations, and best practice.
- Lead the development of policies and procedures for student casework, ensuring compliance with external regulations and best practice.
- Manage student casework, including investigating cases, preparing reports, and providing expert advice to ensure consistency of procedures and case outcomes.
- Provide data and analysis for reporting purposes and scrutiny, identifying trends and opportunities for enhancements to the academic quality framework.
Requirements
- Experience of managing complaints and/or student casework.
- Experience of using software related to own area of specialism to extract, analyze, and report on data.
- Good project management skills.
