Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Academic Quality Manager to join our team at London Business School. As a key member of our academic community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of academic quality and student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement academic quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulations.
- Lead the development of the online academic quality manual, including reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
- Manage student casework, including investigating cases, preparing reports, and providing expert advice to ensure consistency and maintenance of academic standards.
- Provide data and analysis for reporting purposes and identify trends and opportunities for enhancements to the academic quality framework.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to ensure effective implementation of academic quality policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience of managing complaints and/or student casework.
- Experience of using software related to academic quality management to extract, analyze, and report on data.
- Good project management skills and ability to work independently.
