Main Responsibilities- Academic Quality Framework: Develop and implement the academic quality framework, ensuring compliance with internal governance, external regulations, and best practice.
- Policy Development: Create and maintain the online academic quality manual, including reviewing and updating academic policies and procedures.
- Student Casework: Manage student casework, including investigating cases, preparing reports, and providing expert advice to ensure consistency and maintenance of academic standards.
- Data Analysis: Provide data and analysis for reporting purposes, identifying trends and opportunities for enhancements to the academic quality framework.
- Experience in managing complaints and/or student casework.
- Proficiency in using software related to academic quality management to extract, analyze, and report on data.
