Position Overview

Salary: Up to £45,000 P/A Plus Bonus/Pension and Additional Benefits

Location: Hybrid Working Model

Nashrock Insurance Recruitment is representing a well-established Independent Brokerage with a rich history of 40 years in providing tailored insurance solutions across various sectors including Property, Corporate, Private Clients, and SMEs.

We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Insurance Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Senior Insurance Account Executive - possessing a solid understanding of insurance offerings such as Commercial Property, Property Owners, Cross-Class Commercial, and Combined Commercial policies.
  • Engaging with individual business clients and managing medium-sized client portfolios.
  • Fostering and maintaining productive relationships with both insurers and clients.
  • Generating correspondence that meets established timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Handling the issuance and processing of new business documentation, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and renewals.
  • When necessary, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, bordereaux, and databases to improve data presentation, analysis, and storage.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Insurance Brokerage environment.
  • Familiarity with Acturis is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Commercial insurance products.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse workload while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen and a genuine interest in business operations.
