Motor Trade Insurance Account Handler

PIB Group is seeking a dedicated Account Handler - Motor Trade Insurance to join their team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and attracting new customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring clients have the appropriate insurance coverage and providing professional advice and service throughout their journey with us.
Responsibilities- Manage client accounts effectively, ensuring they have suitable insurance policies in place.
- Contribute to new business generation and implement strategies to expand our customer base within the motor trade sector.
- Deliver expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of insurance products and services.
- Prepare and issue accurate documentation promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain meticulous computer records and file documentation systematically for easy retrieval.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members, fostering strong working relationships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to enhance your knowledge and expertise.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in Account Handling and Insurance, ideally within a commercial environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Acturis is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive attitude and a self-motivated approach to achieving success.
