This is a fantastic opportunity to gain extensive exposure to managing executive Reward processes and projects for a large corporate/matrix business like Aviva or in the Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive Reward processes and projects
  • Develop and implement effective compensation strategies
  • Provide excellent stakeholder management skills, with a willingness to work with up to ExCo level
  • Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • IT literacy – proficient in MS Excel
