We're seeking a talented individual to join our Executive Reward team at Aviva, where you'll have the opportunity to gain extensive exposure to managing executive Reward processes and projects.

About the Role

As an Executive Reward Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing a complex caseload for senior colleagues, including package calculations, benchmarking exercises, and managing buyouts/guarantees. You'll also lead preparations for the Aviva Group Remuneration Committee, drafting papers, preparing status updates, and coordinating meetings. Additionally, you'll work on a range of Reward projects, including annual reward reviews, reporting & analysis tasks.

What We're Looking For
  • Prior or current experience working in Reward or C&B focused role
  • Exposure to working for a large corporate/matrix business like Aviva or in the Financial Services industry
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a willingness to work with up to ExCo level
  • Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • IT literacy – proficient in MS Excel
