We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic Training Support team, which plays a crucial role in our pursuit of training excellence. Our team is committed to continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring that our Cabin Crew and Pilots receive the highest quality training.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will report to the Training Support Manager and collaborate closely with teams across various locations. Your primary focus will be on managing crew expiries, ensuring that all operations comply with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing crew certification processes for daily operations.
- Facilitating effective training programs through comprehensive data analysis.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaising with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyzing training failures and managing expiries for both pilots and cabin crew.
Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive mindset will be essential in supporting the overall success of our Crew Training Team across various bases.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong process-driven skills, exceptional communication abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key qualifications include:
- Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in IT, with familiarity in systems such as AIMS, Excel, and EFOS being advantageous.
- Experience in auditing is beneficial but not mandatory; however, a solid understanding of compliance in a regulated setting is preferred.
- A background in Cabin Crew or Crew Training will be advantageous, given the regulatory context.
