Recruitment Resourcer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our winning recruitment team at Euro Site Services Ltd. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing skilled workers of various disciplines to be deployed on exciting projects across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Process a large number of incoming calls in a professional manner, prescreen and select candidates according to provided criteria.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to check availability and suitability of candidates.
- Text, email, and message candidates to update them on the status of their applications.
- Request CVs, certifications, and other documentation in line with our recruitment policy.
- Register candidate information onto our company database.
- Format profile CVs to showcase relevant experience, skills, and talent.
- Update, administer, and compose spreadsheets with candidate availability.
- Add and update bookings and placements on our company database.
- Increase our pool of suitable candidates using various tools, including phone, mass text, email, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key candidates, business associates, and colleagues to ensure quality of service.
- Liaise with colleagues in international offices to facilitate good communication between candidates and recruiters.
- Facilitate contractors' travel from their country of residence to the place of work or temporary accommodation.
- Prioritize workload, ensuring important tasks are followed up.
- Escalate employees' queries to be resolved efficiently.
- Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Ensure candidates' documentation is kept fully up to date and compliant with company procedures.

- Good communication skills and the ability to deal with people.

- A team player.
- Very confident telephone manner, able to deal with high volumes of candidate calls.
- IT literate, conversant with MS Office, including MS Outlook.
- Organized and able to work under pressure.
- Driven and ambitious.
- Ability to demonstrate use of own initiative.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
