About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Process a high volume of incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
  • Prescreen and select candidates according to criteria provided.
  • Make outbound calls to check availability and suitability of candidates.
  • Text, email, and message candidates.
  • Request CVs, certifications, and documentation in line with ESS recruitment policy.
  • Register candidate information onto the company database.
  • Format profile CVs to showcase relevant experience, skills, and talent.
  • Update, administer, and compose spreadsheets with candidate availability.
  • Add and update bookings and placements on the company database.
  • Increase the ESS pool of suitable candidates using various tools, including phone, mass text, email, adverts, job boards, and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key candidates, business associates, and colleagues to ensure quality of service.
  • Liaise with ESS colleagues in international offices to facilitate good communication between candidates and recruiters.
  • Facilitate contractors' travel from their country of residence to their place of work or temporary accommodation.
  • Prioritize workload and ensure important tasks are followed up.
  • Escalate employees' queries to be resolved efficiently.
  • Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Ensure candidates' documentation is kept fully up to date and compliant with company procedures.
