About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our winning recruitment team at Euro Site Services Ltd.

This is an exciting opportunity for a bright and ambitious individual to step into the world of recruitment and contribute to the success of our international business.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing skilled workers of various disciplines to be deployed on exciting projects all over Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process a large number of incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
  • Prescreen and select candidates according to criteria provided.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to check availability and suitability of candidates.
  • Text, Email, message candidates.
  • Request CV's, certification and all documentation in line with ESS recruitment policy.
  • Register candidate information onto company database.
  • Translate CV's to English and format into profile CV.
  • Update, administrate and compose spreadsheets with candidate availability.
  • Add / update bookings and placements on company database.
  • Increase ESS pool of suitable candidates using every tool available, phone, mass text, email, adverts, job board, social media etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key candidates, business associates and colleagues to ensure quality of service.
  • Liaise with ESS colleagues in international offices to help facilitate good communication between candidates & Recruiters.
  • Facilitate contractors travel from country of residence to place of work / temporary accommodation.
  • Prioritise workload; make sure important tasks are followed up.
  • Escalate employee's queries to be resolved efficiently.
  • Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Ensure candidates documentation is kept fully up to date and compliant with company procedures.

  • Very confident telephone manner, able to deal with high volumes of candidate calls.
  • IT literate, conversant with MS Office, including Ms Outlook, Social media.

  • Fluent English both written & spoken.
