We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team at Euro Site Services Ltd. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing skilled workers for various projects across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Process a high volume of incoming telephone calls to prescreen and select candidates according to set criteria.
- Make outbound calls to check availability and suitability of candidates, and communicate with them via text, email, and messaging platforms.
- Register candidate information onto our company database, translate CVs to English, and format them into profile CVs.
- Update and administer spreadsheets with candidate availability, add and update bookings and placements on our database, and increase our pool of suitable candidates using various tools.
- Build and maintain relationships with key candidates, business associates, and colleagues to ensure quality of service.
- Liaise with international offices to facilitate good communication between candidates and recruiters.
- Facilitate contractors' travel from their country of residence to the place of work or temporary accommodation.
- Prioritize workload, ensure important tasks are followed up, and escalate employee queries to be resolved efficiently.
- Confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- IT literate, conversant with MS Office, including MS Outlook, and social media platforms.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
