Key Responsibilities
  • Process a high volume of incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
  • Prescreen and select candidates according to criteria provided.
  • Make outbound calls to check availability and suitability of candidates.
  • Text, email, and message candidates.
  • Request CVs, certifications, and documentation in line with ESS recruitment policy.
  • Register candidate information onto the company database.
  • Translate CVs to English and format into profile CVs.
  • Update, administer, and compose spreadsheets with candidate availability.
  • Add and update bookings and placements on the company database.
  • Increase ESS's pool of suitable candidates using various tools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key candidates, business associates, and colleagues.
  • Liaise with international offices to facilitate good communication between candidates and recruiters.
  • Facilitate contractors' travel from their country of residence to the place of work or temporary accommodation.
  • Prioritize workload and ensure important tasks are followed up.
  • Escalate employees' queries to be resolved efficiently.
