We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our Inclusion Team as a Behaviour Support Assistant. This part-time position will commence in October 2024.
Job Purpose:- To ensure the well-being and safety of all students
- To support the implementation of systems and strategies for students exhibiting challenging behaviour
- To contribute to a reduction in internal fixed term exclusions
- Supervise the internal exclusion facility
- Support pupils with their personal development and behaviour
- Assist in the implementation of behaviour management strategies
- Good level of Maths and English, GCSE grade C and above
- Excellent ICT skills
- Resilience and ability to cope in a busy environment
- Background in youth work or schools an advantage
