Client Administrator Opportunity

We are working with a well-established Independent Financial Advice firm in Norwich to find a Client Administrator to support their team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work with high net worth private individuals and corporate clients.

The role will involve supporting the practice managers, liaising with clients, and performing general administrative tasks such as filing and preparing meeting packs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the practice managers in their daily tasks
  • Liaise with clients via email and phone calls
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and archiving
  • Prepare meeting packs for clients
