Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Head of Business to lead our Used Car Dealerships in the south of England.
About the Role: As a Regional Head of Business, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a large team across multiple sites, driving results in a fast-paced, volume-based business within the Automotive Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and profitability through effective leadership and strategic planning.
- Lead by example, manage, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional performance.
- Unleash the potential of each site by setting stretching objectives and providing regular feedback on performance.
- Ensure compliance and customer experience standards are met.
- Report site performance to the Sales Director and board of directors.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in driving results within the Automotive Industry.
- Strong used car background, ideally from a used car supermarket.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Great computer literacy.
Working Pattern: The role will require a mixture of weekends and weekdays, with long days of 4 or 5 days per week, rota dependent.
