Job Title: Regional Head of Business

Command Recruitment is seeking an experienced and cultured General Manager / Head of Business to lead and inspire a large team across multiple Used Car Dealerships in the south of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of circa 300 staff to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Unleash the potential of each site by setting stretching objectives and providing regular feedback.
  • Ensure compliance and customer experience standards are met.
  • Report site performance to the Sales Director and board of directors.
  • Pioneer new strategies and techniques to inspire the team.
  • Oversee and organize the aftersales/service function on sites.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in driving results within a fast-paced, volume-based business in the Automotive Industry.
  • A strong used car background, ideally from a used car supermarket.
  • Strong customer focus, commercial acumen, and passion for the car industry.
  • Great computer literacy, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work with Aftersales/Service departments.
Working Pattern:

A mix of weekends and weekdays, with long days of 4 or 5 days per week, rota dependent.

An extended in-house training period will be required initially, including travel to other parts of the business to absorb company culture and processes.
