Job Title: Regional Head of Business

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced General Manager / Head of Business to lead and inspire a large team across multiple Used Car Dealerships in the south of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of circa 300 staff to deliver exceptional results.
  • Unleash the potential of each site by setting stretching objectives and providing regular feedback.
  • Ensure compliance and customer experience standards are met.
  • Report site performance to the Sales Director and board of directors.
  • Pioneer new strategies and techniques to inspire the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in driving results within a fast-paced, volume-based business.
  • Strong used car background, ideally from a used car supermarket.
  • Ability to lead by example, manage and inspire the team.
  • Strong customer focus, computer literacy, and communication skills.

About the Company: Our client is a growing car dealership group with a diverse range of brands and models. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Working Pattern: The role will require a mixture of weekends and weekdays, with long days of 4 or 5 days per week. An extended in-house training period will be required initially.
