Compassionate Customer Support Specialist

Pertemps Glasgow is collaborating with a leading Financial Services organization that is eager to enhance its workforce.
As part of the Vulnerable Customer Support division, you will play a crucial role in the organization, offering assistance and guidance to clients who require additional help.
This position is ideally suited for individuals with a nurturing and empathetic disposition.
It presents an excellent opportunity for those currently engaged in Care or Nursery roles seeking a career transition.
Compensation:£23,500 per annum
- Hybrid Work Model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote (post 3 months)
- 37.5 hours weekly: Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm; availability for 1 Saturday per month from 8 am to 2 pm is required
- 28 days of vacation: increasing to 31 days after 5 years of service
- Pension Scheme: 5% employee contribution with a minimum of 4% from the employer
- Life Insurance: equivalent to 3 times the annual salary
- Complimentary healthcare: including medical, dental, and optical cash plans
You will receive top-tier training designed to equip you with the necessary skills for success in your role.
Upon completion of training, you will integrate into a Voice team and become a valued contributor to our broader Collections team.
