About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Enable Scotland. As a Personal Assistant - Care Support, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Support individuals with their medication and healthcare needs
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a care or support role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect individuals' autonomy
