About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Newman Stewart. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving new sales and growth opportunities through the identification and execution of new business territory initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial end-users, construction companies, and system integrators
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients and drive top-line revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the commercial director to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2B services environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the construction sector
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
