Job Summary

Network HR is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in a global financial services firm. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the international People and Culture strategy to support the evolution of the payments business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior leaders in driving effective performance and achieving business objectives through strategic HR interventions.
  • Lead administrative duties and ensure seamless execution of HR processes.
  • Scale from operational to strategic responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, change management, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with various business lines to develop and implement performance management plans.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively, navigating local nuances and complexities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial services, preferably in a small to medium-sized organization.
  • Ability to support administrative activities alongside strategic elements.
  • Track record of providing generalist HRBP support during periods of change or transformation.
  • Exposure to executive stakeholders in an international remit.
